This listing is for 2 volumes of SCOTT SPECIALTY SERIES: FRENCH AFRICA + over 1300 MINT Condition Stamps. The books are in excellent condition but only 3 pages of the book I that are not so perfect. The green page in the book is teared at the bottom hing and not flat on the top corner. The top corner of the first 2 pages are not as flatly smooth, It probably can be fixed with ironing with ease. Stamps are in amazingly mint condition. I don’t remember seeing a used ones but it maybe some if any. However, if you are interest, send me a message.
