There are at least 60% of MNH stamps and sets. Stamps are commemorative and they are all different. All stamps come in full sets or singles, but there are no incomplete sets. The collection only contains UPU (Universal Postal Union) officially recognized / released stamps. All stamps are cataloged in major stamp catalogs.
