1999 WOTC Pokemon Cello Pack 1 Card E3 Stamp Promo Pikachu – Shadowless Red Cheeks #58/102 PSA 9 MINT. Incredibly rare single cello pack 1999 E3 promotional trading card still sealed in the original cellophane wrapper. This card has been fully authenticated, encapsulated and designated a grade of 9 – Mint Condition by PSA, and currently sits at a population of only 1 in the world. Very hard to find, let alone in the original packaging! A rare piece of Pokemon history! PSA capsule is brand new and in undamaged condition, with the cello pack card stored safely inside. The encapsulated card itself is in great visual condition overall, but does have one small blemish to note. Both the front and back side of the card have a very slight crease on the center left edge, probably from slight mishandling by the original owner. This crease can only be seen under direct lighting and at a specific angle, and does not affect the overall eye appeal of the card. Other than that, the card shows no immediately noticeable signs of damage, fading or tearing on either side. Card also shows almost no chipping on the corners. The cellophane wrapper is in good visual condition as well, with no large holes or major damage. Plastic may be slightly wrinkled and pinched in certain due to age/storage methods. This card was obtained in 1999 at the original E3 event, then placed into a top loader and stored away before finally being graded by PSA in 2021.
