The wall plaque’s/figurine’s textures are lush and the detailing is exquisite. The mermaid has a matte finish and the fish has a glossy one. She is riding on an iridescent off-white fish with scalloped fins and a blue rhinestone eye. The fish’s head and tail are level. The piece can stand up on its own or sit on a shelf; it can also be hung. Two small hanging holes are on the back of the fish’s body. The item’s back retains the entire original foil label which says JAPAN. It is stamped P697 on the fish’s bottom. Norcrest used to number their models using a P series. For the sake of accuracy, there is a factory pinhole near the bottom of the fish’s small lower fin. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, paint loss, scratches, or repairs. The mermaid on a fish wall plaque/figurine is in mint condition. Its dimensions are 5-1/2″ h x 5-1/2″ w x 2 d.
