I will not separate this lot at this time. The rubber is in good shape but there could be fading, ink or drying of the rubber. The wood might have nicks, stains, writing, scratching or fading. The sticker of the stamp image on top could be peeling from sides, bent, faded, have nicks or scratches. Look at the pictures for condition. Its been stored in a smoke free pet friendly home for years so there could be a slight musty, cooking food stored smell. Some of these stamps are 20+ years old.
