Beautiful Pikachu card binder set. I’m the original owner and these cards have never been played with and are all in mint condition. The folder includes the plastic sealed bag but it is a little crumpled and the glue has all gone from the bag seal, there are no rips or tears. The cards are all “reprints” of popular Pikachu cards of the time in different languages. They are all made for specifically for this set. The Pikachu cards featured all include a golden pikachu tail stamp on the left of the card and they all include the stamp that the original version of the card would have had… For example the birthday Pikachu was a promo card, this version has the black star promo along with the pikachu tail stamp; the 9th card in the set is of korean base pikachu, it features the gold tail stamp but nothing else as base does not feature a stamp to the right of the card.
