PSA 10 Gem Mint. Raichu Holo First 1st Edition Thin Stamp English Base Set Pokemon. This card was opened pack fresh by my (now adult) son in 1999 and submitted to PSA for grading in 2015. It has been stored in a temperature and humidity controlled room. The rarity of PSA 10 cannot be exaggerated – of the hundreds of cards we have submitted for grading, this is the only perfect 10 we have ever received.
