She is from my own personal collection. She is uncommonly seen and is hard to find. She can either sit on a shelf or be hung from a wall. Most of the head vases and wall pockets from this time period were made in Japan. She is uniquely different from many of the head vases currently for sale. Her colors are rich and vibrant and the textures are lush. She is dressed in a pink and white pleated coat with a matching hat and pink earrings. Her hair is a pretty strawberry blonde worn up in a bun. She has no chips, cracks, crazing, scratches, paint loss, or repairs and is in mint condition. For the sake of accuracy, there are several factory minute “pin pricks” on her shoulders and on the back of her coat. They are hardly noticeable and do not detract in any way from her attractiveness. She does not appear to have ever been used as a planter and is very clean inside and outside. The back of the vase near the base has the incised number 3395 on a white background. The bottom is stamped WG Made in Western Germany. Her dimensions are 5-3/4″ h x 4″ w x 4-1/2 d. The vase displays beautifully. She is truly stunning and original.
