West GERMANY & BERLIN – Mint Hinged & Used Collection. In A Minkus Specialty Album This old Minkus album is still in good shape and fit for additional use. There are approximately 1750 stamps, mostly used and mint hinged but with a few NH stamps in mounts which are merely hinged to the pages and can be easily removed. Scott catalog information has been written onto some of the pages, most of which is in pencil, though I thought I saw a bit in ink, as well. Pages run from the first Empire issues of 1872 through 1991. There was no DDR included in this collection. Fifty of the pages are shown.
